COVID-19 Safety Protocols:




In accordance with the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health order - all individuals 12 and older must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have proof of a negative COVID-19 test conducted within 72 hours before the event. Guests 18+ over must also provide a valid photo ID with a matching name. Vaccination cards from all countries will be accepted as long as the vaccine received is recognized by the World Health Organization.

Full vaccination is defined as having received the final dose in the COVID-19 vaccine series at least 14 days prior to the event date. This means a minimum of 14 days following the second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines (or any of the vaccines listed here for international fans) or a minimum of 14 days following the single dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine. Vaccines recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the National Health Service (NHS) are required and accepted for entry.

Partially vaccinated individuals who have only received one dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines (or an otherwise acceptable vaccine recognized by WHO) or are not yet beyond the 14-day minimum fully vaccinated window, must provide a negative COVID-19 test conducted within 72 hours before event start time for entry.

Please stop by the resolution tents located at Entries 1, 5, 7 or 8 to receive your pre-verification wristband. We will also be doing a pre-verification for those in line, so please have your COVID vaccination card or negative test result and your photo ID easily accessible.

Do I need to show my vaccination card or proof of a negative test?
Yes, either your original vaccination card OR proof of a negative test is required for entry. The following are acceptable as proof of full vaccination status (you are fully vaccinated 14 days after your last required dose of the vaccine) if they include the name of the person vaccinated, type of COVID-19 vaccine provided, and date of last dose administered:

1. Physical vaccination card.
2. Photograph or digital copy of your physical vaccination card as a separate document or stored on a phone or electronic device
3. Electronic documentation of your full vaccination including dates from a healthcare provider (App).

How do I provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test result?
The following requirements apply to negative COVID-19 test results:
• PCR or antigen tests must be conducted by a licensed test provider or laboratory.
• Test results must be from a test conducted within 72 hours before the event, and must show your name, type of test performed, and negative test result date.

Acceptable proof of test results must be one of the following:

• A printed document from the test provider or laboratory, an email or text message displayed on a phone from the test provider or laboratory. No over-the-counter or at-home tests will be accepted for entry.

Will there be on-site COVID-19 testing available?
Yes. COVID CLINIC will be located near Entry 5 and Entry 9 on event days for on-site testing. Testing will be offered at the guests’ expense for $59. Testing will be offered starting when parking gates open. Hollywood Park is not operating these testing clinics. We recommend coming on site fully vaccinated or with proof of a negative COVID test.

What types of COVID-19 tests will be accepted?
Antigen and PCR tests are accepted. At home, self-administered tests are not accepted.

Mask Mandate:
Masks are required to be worn for all attendees except for when actively eating or drinking.






Parking & Transportation:

Detailed information for parking and transportation options are outlined below. Please note that the recommended methods of transportation will be to pre-purchase parking in one of the onsite or offsite lots or to utilize public transportation.

There are several available lots and shuttle services outlined below. Rideshare services are also available, but please note that we anticipate limited driver availability. In an effort to ensure all fans are able to efficiently get to and from the venue in a timely manner we recommend pre-purchasing parking.

ON-SITE PARKING
Non-Event Days (11/26 and 11/30): Merchandise sales parking will be available in the Pink Zone at SoFi Stadium from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Merchandise sales begin at 9 am in Lot K. No parking fee is required for merchandise sales on non-event days. Please click here to view maps for the Pink Zone parking lot.

Event Days (11/27, 11/28, 12/1, 12/2): The Pink Zone parking gates open at 8:00am for merchandise sales in Lot K. All vehicles parking for merchandise sales will be required to pay the posted parking rates or provide a pre-paid parking pass. There is NO FREE PARKING on event days. All other Parking Gates will open at 12pm on Event Dates. A parking pass or payment upon entry is required. Please note there is no overnight parking allowed within Hollywood Park and SoFi Stadium. Violators will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. There are no “in and out” privileges. Once you have entered a parking zone and redeemed a parking pass or paid a parking fee, you will not be permitted to exit and re-enter with the same parking pass or receipt. If you exit a parking zone and re-enter later, you will be required to pay the parking fee again upon re-entry.

We strongly encourage you to pre purchase parking in advance to the event.
Onsite Parking is expected to sell out: Click here to pre purchase parking in advance to the event. Event Day Sales will be limited or not available based on inventory. Avoid the uncertainty of searching for parking and rideshare delays and pre-purchase parking now using the link above.

Pre purchase parking passes that state 3:30 pm WILL be permitted to enter at 12 PM.

ADA Parking:
All parking zones have ADA parking stalls within each parking lot, available on a first-come first-serve basis.

• Vehicles parked in ADA parking stalls must follow all regulations as specified within the California Vehicle Code. Vehicles parking in an ADA parking stall must display a valid ADA Placard and must possess a valid parking pass. Vehicles not abiding by the posted regulations are subject to tow at the owner's expense.
• If you have questions about ADA accommodations before you arrive, please contact Guest Services, or on event days you can text 424-541-9222 and a Guest Experience representative will respond to your message.
• For ADA Drop off and Pick Up, please use the Orange Parking Zone entry and follow staff directions.

Off Site Parking and Shuttle Transportation:
IPark&Go offers multiple remote parking locations and shuttle services to help guests park and get to SoFi Stadium quickly. Fans and event attendees can board a shuttle bus that will take them to the Intermodal Transit Facility (conveniently located next to SoFi Stadium) and back. Visit IPARKANDGO.COM to view the IPark&Go parking locations and book your parking and shuttle passes. Advance booking is highly encouraged. Drive-up and walk-up rates will be more expensive. Please note: guests can bypass the parking purchase and only purchase a shuttle fare. We recommend ridesharing to one of the offsite parking facilities and taking the shuttle to SoFi Stadium. At the end of the event, you can take the shuttle back to the offsite parking facilities and request a rideshare vehicle.

Rally Shuttles:
Rally offers affordable, luxury bus shuttles to SoFi Stadium from 35+ locations around the greater Los Angeles region. You can purchase a round-trip ticket from confirmed Rally Points or request new pickup spots. Find your event and book a ride https://rally.co/bts or on the Rally app. We strongly encourage you to take advantage of this mode of transportation.

Rideshare:
Guests using rideshare services may be dropped off and picked up on Kareem Court, on the north side of SoFi Stadium. Rideshare drivers should access Kareem Court via westbound Pincay Drive and follow traffic control instructions. Rideshare delays are expected after the concert. We strongly encourage pre-purchasing a parking pass onsite or taking advantage of the Shuttle Program via IPARKANDGO.COM or https://rally.co/bts. Please reference the rideshare map below.

Parent Drop off and Pick Up:
The Parent drop-off and pick-up location will be in Pink Zone Lot P and Orange Zone Lot E.

• For Pink Zone Lot P Parent Pick Up-Please access the drop-off and pick-up location traveling westbound on Century Blvd and turning right into Lot P.

• For Orange Zone Lot E Parent Pick Up please access the pick up location traveling westbound on Pincay Drive from Crenshaw Blvd.

Please note: parents must arrive and stay within the Parent Pick up lot between 8pm and 9:45pm. Early arrival to the parent pick up location will reduce traffic and congestion during departure within the surrounding streets.

Taxi:
Guests who will be using Taxis may be dropped off and picked up on Kareem Court. Taxi drivers should access Kareem Court by going westbound on Pincay Drive and following traffic control instructions.

Guests are encouraged to download the RideYellow mobile application on their mobile device. From the mobile application, guests can pre schedule their pickup by selecting the “Ride Later” option within the app.

Instructions for Guests Using RideYellow Taxis:
Quick Code: SoFi

1. Contact Yellow Cab dispatch center via phone at 800-808-7293
2. Tell the operator you have a quick code for pickup, provide quick code “SoFi”
3. Provide name, phone number and pickup time so the driver can contact you upon arrival. If you need a trip immediately, simply say “I’m ready now”.
4. The first available driver will be dispatched to the taxi stand location on Kareem Court.






Clear Bag Policy:

Clear bags, backpacks and fanny packs will be permitted, but they must be completely clear (no tint, hologram, printed patterns or stickers), and they cannot be bigger than 12"x 6" x12". The portion of the bag with your items inside must be clear, this does NOT apply to the handles or straps for your clear bag which can be colored. Please place any pins INSIDE your clear bag when going through security.

SoFi Stadium will offer bag valet during the concerts for a nominal fee. All bags that exceed the stadium's bag policy must either be taken back to your vehicle or can be checked in at the four (4) bag valets located near Entry 1, Entry 5, Entry 8 and Entry 9.






Guest Experience and Permitted Items:

Merchandise purchased on-site will be permitted into the stadium. All merchandise items brought in must still obey the clear bag policy. For your convenience, we offer Bag Valet services to check in permissible items. Please download the SoFi Stadium app and view our stadium map for more information.

To ensure the safe reunification of children and guests who might wander, we offer Locator Bracelets available at Guest Services Centers located throughout the stadium. Please check in at the nearest Guest Services Center when you arrive.

For the convenience of breastfeeding or pumping moms, we’ve partnered with Cedar Sinai to provide Mamava Lactation Suites. Please download the SoFi Stadium app for more information

SoFi Stadium is a cashless facility, credit and debit cards are accepted at all points of sales within the building. For your convenience, we offer cash to card services located on Level 4 SoFi Circle near the ATM and also exterior the stadium on Level 6 on Upper American Airline Plaza Exterior of stadium - next to "The Equipment Room".

BTS Banners & Army Light Sticks: Official BTS light sticks will be permitted to be brought into the stadium. Batteries are permitted for BTS events. Banners no bigger than 3 feet x 2 feet will be allowed to bring into the stadium.

Small plush keychains: are allowed, please include them in your clear bag upon entry (please review bag policy).

Water Bottles: Metal water bottles are prohibited. Soft plastic, empty reusable water bottles are allowed.

Prohibited Items: All guests will abide by the prohibited items list. This includes ticketed law enforcement personnel.

The following items are not permitted to be carried into SoFi Stadium:

• Aerosol cans (e.g., mace, pepper spray, hairspray, etc.)
• Alcoholic beverages
• Airhorns, Amplified Music, Bullhorns, Loudspeakers, or other artificial noise makers
• Animals (except ADA Service Animals). We only allow ADA Service Animals on-site which include dogs or miniature horses.
• Any devices that may interfere with and/or distract any event participant, other guests, audio or audio/visual telecast or recording of the game or event, or any technology related service provided in the stadium
• Balloons
• Firearms, knives or weapons of any kind
• Fireworks or confetti
• Glass, cans, aluminum bottles or thermoses of any kind*
• Hard sided containers or coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, luggage of any kind, computer bags, camera bags and large traditional seat cushions that have pockets*
• Laser pens/pointers
• Laptop computers
• Non-clear Backpacks or Bags larger than 12 inches x 6 inches x 12 inches (please review bag policy)
• Obscene or indecent clothing
• Outside food*
• Projectiles (e.g., Frisbees, beach balls, footballs, etc)
• Skateboards, hoverboards or wheeled footwear
• Strollers
• Televisions
• Umbrellas (oversized umbrellas are strictly prohibited however small, foldable umbrellas that can fit under the seat is allowable)
• Video recording devices; Tripods, monopods, selfie sticks; Camera Lenses greater than 6 inches in length
• Wagons
• Strollers
• Weapons of Any Other Type (Tasers, Nunchaku, Pepper Spray, Mace, Expandable Batons, etc.)

*Exceptions will be made for those with medical requirements and/or special needs.

Banners or signs must NOT be larger than 3 feet x 2 feet. Please adhere to the following guidelines:

• Signs must be event-related and in good taste.
• Signs cannot be commercial, political, or obscene in nature.
• Signs may not be affixed or hung.
• Signs may not be displayed in a manner that either obstructs the views of other fans or stadium scoreboards/advertising signage.
• Signs must be made of a paper or lightweight cloth-like material.
• Signs cannot utilize wood, metal, PVC (hard plastic) or similar types of materials for support or carrying poles.
• Signs cannot be battery operated or contain lights.
• Signs not permitted will be disposed of by SoFi Stadium Team Members unless the guest returns them to their vehicle.
• All signs subject to final approval by SoFi Stadium

* Guests are encouraged to leave prohibited items at home or in their car. All guests are subject to search prior to entry. Any guest intentionally possessing a prohibited item at SoFi Stadium could result in denial of entry and/or ejection without refund, loss of ticket privileges for future games/events, and/or possible arrest and prosecution.

SoFi Stadium reserves the right to adjust entry policies at its sole discretion without any prior notice.

For everyone’s safety, SoFi Stadium uses video surveillance cameras throughout the property that are monitored 24 hours, each and every day. By entering and remaining on the property, you are consenting to your activities being recorded and monitored using video and audio recording systems placed in various locations through the property.

No Camping Policy:
No overnight camping will be permitted.

Cameras:
Guests are welcome to use non-professional still cameras (i.e. disposable, polaroid) for personal use at SoFi Stadium. Tripods, monopods, GoPros, “selfie sticks” and any professional DSLR cameras with a lens longer than 6” (detachable or non-detachable) will NOT be permitted into the stadium. Video cameras and video recording of events with other devices at SoFi Stadium are prohibited. Binoculars are permitted to be carried into the stadium, but binocular cases are not permitted into the stadium.

Wheelchair Service:
Wheelchair Escorting Services will be available at various locations near the Entries upon ingress and along the concourses upon egress.
• Ingress: Lower AA Plaza, Upper AA Plaza, North Entries, and VIP Entry 6
• Egress: Near Guest Service Centers
• Guests may be escorted from their Entry to their seat and back.

Sensory Rooms:
Sensory Rooms are located in Level 3 SW near Corona Beach House and Level 3 NE in the VIP Entry 12 Elevator Lobby (please reach out to a Guest Experience Team Member for an escort).



Interpreting Services:
ASL Interpreting Services will be provided at all 4 nights of BTS.

Merchandise:

Merchandise stands will be located both on the perimeter and inside SoFi Stadium during event days. All pre-purchased merchandise items must be carried in the guests’ approved clear bag / backpack / fanny pack, or checked in at the bag valet. No merchandise bags will be provided at the merchandise stands for purchased items.






SoFi Stadium WiFi:

We encourage you to log on to our WiFi at SoFi Stadium. Free WiFi is available by connecting to the #SoFiStadium WiFi option from your mobile device.






Ticketing:

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. All guests three (3) years of age or older must have a ticket in order to attend.

Mobile tickets are required for entry. Screenshots, QR codes, PDF printouts, or on-screen PDF tickets will not be allowed. To check-in quickly, we request fans to access digital tickets and add to their mobile wallet before arriving at the gate and have your mobile tickets ready on your phone for entry. Attendees can connect to our WiFi network #SoFiStadium to access and present tickets on their mobile device.

Tickets purchased via Ticketmaster.com can be accessed via the SoFi Stadium app or Ticketmaster app on your mobile device.

Mobile tickets can be transferred to friends or family by first logging into the SoFi Stadium or Ticketmaster app and following the full transfer instructions. Recipients of transferred tickets will be required to log into their Ticketmaster account or create an account of their own to complete the transfer process. Once the recipient logs in or creates their account and completes the ticket transfer, they can use the SoFi Stadium app or Ticketmaster app on their phone to access their tickets and enter SoFi Stadium.

VIP Packages:

VIP ticket holders will receive an email in advance of their show day with important information regarding their package. All VIP package merchandise will be distributed onsite on the date of the event.

On site VIP check-in locations for SoFi Stadium attendees will be located near Entry 9. On site VIP check-in locations for YouTube Theater attendees will be located near Entry 9.

VIP ticket holders with soundcheck access will be wristbanded based on their ticket type and seated in their ticketed seats during this time.

Floor Wristbands:

Floor wristbands are required for access to the floor. Wristbands must be redeemed before entering inside the building and will be issued after scanning valid tickets.






BTS LIVE PLAY at YouTube Theater:

Click here to purchase tickets to BTS LIVE PLAY at YouTube Theater. Due to overwhelming demand, ticket availability will be extremely limited. LIVE PLAY is an in-person live broadcast event where you can watch the concert in real-time on a separate screen. For this special event, the “BTS PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE – LA” concert taking place at SoFi Stadium will be shown in real-time on the big screen at the YouTube Theater adjacent to the stadium.
