Hollywood Park, a 298-acre development being built by Los Angeles Rams Owner/Chairman E. Stanley Kroenke, today announced its first three tenants in the retail section of the district. Food, fitness and film will come together as a new concept from the founder of Inglewood’s own Three Weavers Brewing Company, Long Beach’s Iconix Fitness, and global cinema company Cinépolis, which will all call Hollywood Park home.
Hollywood Park will feature world-class sports and performance venues, office, retail and residential spaces, and more than 20 acres of parkland. Located in Inglewood, CA, one end of the development will be anchored by a 500,000 square-foot retail and entertainment district that will offer local and global fashions and flavors to deliver an unprecedented combination of shopping, dining, recreation, entertainment and nightlife. This retail district is complemented by luxury apartments and best-in-class office campuses that offer unique design and cutting-edge technology while prioritizing opportunities for social interaction. Hollywood Park also will be home to SoFi Stadium, the future home of the Los Angeles Chargers and Los Angeles Rams, set to open in 2020.
“At Hollywood Park, we are developing a new city in the heart of the greater Los Angeles region where people from all across the world will come together,” said Jason Gannon, Managing Director, SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park. “We are thrilled to welcome Lynne Weaver, Iconix Fitness and Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas, and all of their employees, patrons, members and fans, to Hollywood Park. These three groups embody the mix of local businesses and global brands that will make Hollywood Park a unique destination.”
The new beer garden and brewpub, which will be run by Lynne Weaver, founder of Three Weavers Brewing Company, will be a 20,000 square-foot space at the Century Boulevard entrance to the district, featuring onsite brewing, indoor/outdoor seating and live entertainment. The foundation of this unique space at Hollywood Park is providing a welcoming community gathering place where people connect with friends and family over local craft beer and food, enjoy live music, and support their favorite teams.
“Putting down roots in Inglewood was an easy decision for me,” said Weaver. “We’ve always believed in the potential of our town and are looking forward to deepening our roots here. This new, exciting space will allow us to grow, connect with our neighbors, and celebrate the Inglewood community. We’re proud to extend this invitation – join us for a beer at Hollywood Park!”
Iconix Fitness, founded in Long Beach with a mission of creating a distinctly Southern California fitness experience, will open its second location at Hollywood Park. Iconix Fitness creates a winning combination with its state-of-the-art facility, equipment, classes, staff and events. At 21,000 square-feet, this new gym will be twice the size of its Long Beach location and will include a swimming pool on the roof, among other unique elements.
“Our brand of fitness has found a home in the City of Champions,” said Iconix principal, Kurt Schneiter. “The Hollywood Park location will be a uniquely-named facility that showcases locals that have accomplished great athletic feats. We want to recognize these talented individuals to highlight in part why Inglewood is special and promote pride in this great community. We expect this location’s design and amenities to attract fitness enthusiasts not just locally, but from neighboring cities as well.”

Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas will open a 12-screen theater at Hollywood Park with ticket prices ranging from just $8-15, enhancing the entertainment options across the district. The state-of-the-art theater will feature fully reclining leather seats paired with premium stadium seating for uninterrupted views to create a best in class experience you won’t find anywhere else in LA. The theater will highlight the brand’s signature guest experiences, such as in-theater waiter service available at the push of a button, a specialty chef-inspired menu, and a full bar. Cinépolis is a leading worldwide cinema exhibitor that offers guests enhanced movie-going experiences in 17 countries. Hollywood Park will be Cinépolis’ fourth location in the greater Los Angeles area.
“Entertainment and film are embedded in to the DNA of Angelenos,” said Luis Olloqui, Chief Executive Officer of Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas. “We’re thrilled to offer our luxury cinema experience at an attractive price point in Hollywood Park, which we feel is destined to become a capital of culture in LA.”
