SoFi Stadium Accessibility Guide

As the premier destination for sports and entertainment, SoFi Stadium is dedicated to providing the highest quality of accessible and inclusive services for all Guests. We welcome every Guest of all abilities to utilize our services.

Requesting Assistance

For assistance while on-site, you may text (424) 541-9222 with a brief description of the assistance needed or visit a Guest Services Center. This service is only available on event days during the hours of operation.



ADA and Companion Seating

Accessible seating for Guests in wheelchairs or other mobility devices is available in the 100, 200, 300 and 400 seating sections. Seating accommodations are available for Guests, please visit a Guest Services Center to request a change to your seating location, which is based on available inventory.



ADA Parking

ADA parking spaces are located in the parking lots surrounding SoFi Stadium and are available on a first come, first serve basis. An ADA placard or sticker is required to use these spaces.



Assistive Listening Devices

Assistive Listening Devices (ALD’s) are available upon request, and can be rented at Guest Service Centers.



Elevators

To optimize the experience for all Guests with disabilities, we offer priority elevator access for Guests with limited mobility plus one (1) companion. Four service elevators located Northwest, Northeast, Southeast and Southwest are designated as priority use for Guests with limited mobility, however Guests with limited mobility have access at all elevators.



Entries

Each entry offers an accessible path. General admission Guests will enter from the North or South depending on their seating location. VIP or Premium Guests will enter from any Entry and will be directed to the closest entrance for their seat location.



First Aid

Guests in need of first aid assistance should immediately contact the nearest Guest Experience Representative. EMT’s are available on site to respond to medical emergencies.



Guest Services Centers

Guest Services Centers are located throughout the concourses at the stadium. These locations offer assistance with wayfinding, renting assistive listening devices and sensory bags, sensory room use, and assist with any inquiries.



Interpreter Services

American Sign Language interpreting services are available upon request. Please reach out to the Guest Experience Team by filling out the Contact Us form on our website at least 2 weeks in advance once you have purchased tickets to an event.



Lactation space and Parents room

Lactations pods (4) are available in the following stadium locations, please utilize the Mamava app for access.

• Level 6 - North, near Entry 1, and Northeast, near Entry 12
• Level 8 - Southwest and Northeast, near Guest Services kiosks Parents room
• SoFi Stadium - Please see any Guest Services Center for nearby resources
• YouTube Theater - Please see Guest Services desk for assistance



Open Captioning

Open captioning can be viewed on lower digital ribbon boards located in each corner of SoFi Stadium.



Restrooms

All restrooms are accessible for any Guest. Family restrooms are also provided for Guests on every level.



Sensory rooms and toolkits

Sensory toolkits and three (3) sensory rooms locations are available for Guest use. To rent a toolkit, or check availability for sensory rooms, please visit any Guest Services Center for assistance.



Service Animals

Animals (except ADA service animals or in public areas) are prohibited. Service Animal relief areas are located South, at Entry 10C, and North, at Entry 5.



Wheelchair Escorts

Wheelchair escorts are available to bring wheelchairs to Guests, and escort them from entries to their seat and back. The Ambassador and wheelchair will not stay with the Guest for the duration of the event. Wheelchairs can be requested in person by asking any Guest Experience Representative. We do not offer wheelchair escorts to the parking lots or any other areas outside of the ticketed entries.



Wheelchair Lifts

• One (1) lift is located on the West side of the building and allows access between event level (Level 1) to the field club ADA pad on executive level (Level 2).
• A second lift located on the East side also allows access between event level (Level 1) to the field club ADA pad on executive level (Level 2).
• A third lift is located south and gives access between the event level (Level 1) to the super general admission ADA pad located on the executive level (Level 2).
