Hollywood Park Announces Five New Dining Tenants
INGLEWOOD, Calif. – (May 21, 2025) – Hollywood Park, the largest urban mixed-use mega development under construction in the Western United States, today announced five new food and beverage tenants coming to its retail district, Shops at Hollywood Park. Raising Cane’s, The Melt, Panini Kabob Grill, Lan Noodle and Rhythm Bar and Lounge collectively represent over 13,000 square feet of new leases at the project.
“We are thrilled to add these five new restaurants to Hollywood Park’s roster of offerings,” said Otto Maly, President of Kroenke Holdings. “Building on the great food and beverage offerings already available at The Meeting Spot, COSM, and Cinepolis, Hollywood Park continues to develop as a full-service destination whether you work in the office building, live at our near-fully leased apartment buildings, work out at Iconix Fitness or are on-site enjoying the plethora of unique entertainment across our multiple venues. With the Kali Hotel under construction and us breaking ground on the new Hollywood Park Studios soon, the momentum is palpable at our city-within-a-city.”
The new tenants will join a roster of current shopping and entertainment offerings at the Shops at Hollywood Park. Located at Prairie Avenue and Century Boulevard in Inglewood, Hollywood Park’s retail district is already home to Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas, JD Sports, Iconix Fitness, Cosm and The Meeting Spot, with Phenix Salon Suites, Code Next Lab and Verizon opening soon.
In addition, it was recently announced that Hollywood Park Studios (HPS) will be developed on-site and will initially serve as the host site of the International Broadcast Center (IBC) for the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games (LA28), which will house hundreds of media rights holders from around the world who have acquired the exclusive rights to distribute the coverage of the Games.
Regional concepts The Melt, Panini Kabob Grill, and Lan Noodle will each bring distinct culinary perspectives to Hollywood Park’s growing food scene. From The Melt’s modern take on American comfort food—including Angus-Wagyu MeltBurgers and golden grilled melts—to Panini Kabob Grill’s Mediterranean-style, made-from-scratch fare and Lan Noodle’s hand pulled Lanzhou noodles and steaming-hot juicy Xiao Long Bao, visitors to Hollywood Park will have an array of exciting dining options.
Rhythm Bar and Lounge will bring a new intimate social space to Hollywood Park. Centered around small-scale gatherings, niche liquor brands, and exclusive music launches from A-list musicians, the concept invites patrons to discover meaningful performances and taste distinct flavors of cultural libations, exploring a hidden pocket of Inglewood’s culture.
“Restaurants, cafés and nightlife spots activate retail and entertainment destinations while serving the surrounding community,” said retail leasing agent Ed Sachse, President of KWP Real Estate, formerly Kennedy Wilson Brokerage. “This new group of food and beverage tenants at Hollywood Park represents the thoughtful curation of complementary concepts with much more to come.”
More events are on the horizon with Film Festival at Hollywood Park, Los Angeles’ newest premiere film event, taking place at Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas from October 21-25. It brings a world-class film festival to the 300-acre campus for the first time. In addition to the five-day event, the organizers – the same team behind the Silver Lake Film Festival (2000 to 2008) and DTLA Film Festival (2008 to 2023) – plan to hold movie screenings at Cinépolis, set to launch soon.
Since its debut at Hollywood Park, CineVita has quickly become Los Angeles’ most exciting new venue for live entertainment. Its inaugural production, Tarantino | Pulp Rock, has welcomed over 10,000 attendees into a high-octane, immersive concert experience that reimagines the iconic soundtracks of Quentin Tarantino’s films. Produced by For The Record, the show blends music, performance, and cinematic nostalgia in a one-of-a-kind venue. This summer, CineVita will introduce The Brat Pack, a vibrant celebration of the unforgettable soundtracks of the 1980s. In addition to its signature productions, CineVita is also a destination for concerts, special events, and unforgettable nights out at Hollywood Park.
