LOS ANGELES, CA (July 17, 2025)Shakira has announced that supergroup Black Eyed Peas will join her as the special guest on her two Los Angeles stadium dates at SoFi Stadium on Monday, August 4, which is sold out, and Tuesday, August 5 as part of her Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour.

The Los Angeles shows will serve as hometown performances for Black Eyed Peas and will mark a special reunion between the band and Shakira, who previously collaborated on two singles - “Girl Like Me” in 2020 and “Don’t You Worry” in 2022.

Recently named Billboard’s greatest Latin female artist of all time, global icon Shakira officially kicked off the North American leg of her record-breaking Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour with an electric sold-out stadium show in Charlotte, NC at Bank of America Stadium on May 13.

Throughout the tour, Shakira has captivated audiences with a dynamic setlist spanning her legendary catalog, including “Hips Don’t Lie,” “She Wolf,” “Antología,” and “Waka Waka,” as well as new fan favorites from her GRAMMY-winning album Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran like “Session 53,” “TQG,” “Monotonía,” and “Te Felicito.” Her performances were accompanied by stunning visuals, 160-foot screens, global choreography influences, and a first-of-its-kind CGI Shakira during interludes. She also dazzled with custom looks by Zuhair Murad, Versace, Guarav Gupta, and Jawara Alleyne, paired with exclusive platinum Tiffany & Co. Elsa Peretti® Bone cuffs engraved with the tour’s name.

Inspired by the themes of personal rebirth and resilience found in her album, Shakira’s return to the stage creates a powerful, emotional space for fans across generations—those experiencing her live for the first time and those who’ve waited years for her comeback.

The tour first launched in Latin America this February with a sold-out stadium run that drew over 1.3 million fans across 25 shows in 11 cities, including Rio de Janeiro, Bogotá, Buenos Aires, Mexico City, and Guadalajara.

Shakira has continued to break records across this tour, claiming the No. 1 spot on Billboard’s monthly Boxscore chart for March after leading in February. According to Billboard Boxscore, her Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour brought in a massive $70.6 million from just 11 reported shows—making it the highest March gross for any artist since the chart launched in 2019.

The North American leg wraps on August 7 in Fresno, CA, before heading back to Mexico for 17 encore stadium shows added due to overwhelming demand. Notably, Shakira now holds the record for the most stadium dates by a female artist in a single city, with 12 Mexico City shows on her Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran Tour.

Prior to kicking off her world tour, Shakira also made her return to the GRAMMY stage after 18 years, delivering a mesmerizing performance of “Ojos Así” and “Sessions” at the 67th annual GRAMMY Awards. Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran also took home the GRAMMY for Best Latin Pop Album.

About Black Eyed Peas
For nearly three decades, Black Eyed Peas have shaped the rhythm of culture with their genre-blurring sound that blends hip-hop, pop, electro, and world beats. Formed in Los Angeles in 1995, the trio—will.i.am, Apl.de.Ap, and Taboo—have continuously redefined themselves while leaving an indelible mark on the global music scene.

With six GRAMMY® Awards, 35 million albums, and 120 million singles sold worldwide, the Peas have crafted seminal releases like Elephunk (2003) and The E.N.D. (2009) that catapulted them into one of the biggest acts of their time. Hit singles including "Where Is The Love?", "I Gotta Feeling," and "Boom Boom Pow" defined a generation and positioned them as the second best-selling group of all time for downloaded tracks.

Fast forward to 2020, the band’s eighth studio album TRANSLATION featured collaborations with top Latin artists and included chart-topper, "RITMO" with J Balvin, accumulating a record-breaking one billion streams.  Their 2022 single “DON’T YOU WORRY,” featuring Shakira and David Guetta was a global success, resonating with fans worldwide. Black Eyed Peas’ ninth studio album ELEVATION, released in 2022, featured hot singles such as "SIMPLY THE BEST" (with Anitta & El Alfa) and "BAILAR CONTIGO" (with Daddy Yankee).

June 2024 saw the supergroup return with a key contribution to Bad Boys: Ride Or Die, the official motion picture soundtrack to the fourth installment of the Bad Boys film series. The momentum continued to build in 2024, with Black Eyed Peas performing across Europe and North America, including sold-out shows at Paris’s La Défense Arena.
